Day 0. Forgot about the chaser effect being a thing; wasn't on guard. My falls don't involve p, so I'm grateful for that, but m itself also worsens loneliness and procrastination.

    at Day 60
It will now take the whole summer and then some to get to day 90 and to break my old record.

Things I did wrong that lead to failure:
    1. Worrying about E.D and my lack of sexual energy.
    2. Letting fantasies play out in my head especially in the morning.
    3. Didn't do the Tao-exercises to prevent Wet Dreams, this lead to a total of 10~ WD.
    4. Didn't lift as much weights as I could've..
    5. This lead to weakness, and the kidneys were drained of energy and I could feel it in the kidney meridians behind my thighs as my legs felt more weak because of the energy leakage. This lead to more WD and more exhaustion.
    6. I didn't eat properly. Not enough food and some times less healthy foods. I have a health problem that makes it difficult for me to eat, sometimes. Breakfast is important even if you're not hungry.

I watched P for 7h, then PMO. So pointless.
But, I made a ton of changes in my life during those 60 days and met new friends.

One relapse rarely comes alone. I will be caucious. But now I just want to start all over again and do things the right way.

I hope this will help you along the way to reach your goals.

Day 2! Feeling encouraged by the support of this community. In the last 15 years, I think my no PMO record is 10 days. Taking it one day at a time! We can do this!

  17. This is just a little blip on the road to full recovery! As you have already alluded to, one relapse does not erase the progress you have made. Keep up the great work!

  18. Day 3/90 The brain fog is gone. Feeling so happy this morning. I went for a long run in the forest again on the previous day and I think it had a very positive effect on my mind. Urges are non-existent at the moment.
