  3. Day 3 completed.
I got some urges yesterday but managed them successfully.
I found that if I say "urges" out loud, it helps me realize what is happening, so I act against it more effectively.

  10. Day 4 completed.
I had a hard time yesterday at night, with intrusive thoughts, urges and difficulty sleeping.
I managed to resist though. I knew that if I failed I would have to go through this tough night again.
Every time we resist our urges, we get a tiny bit stronger and the urges a tiny bit weaker.

  11. Rise again brother :). You can do this!

Every relapse starts with a minimum of two things: a thought and the action. Analyze this thought, why are you relapsing?

It's in the morning when I don't had go to work early. I lay to long in bed and then this bad habit starts. I think I should try to get out of bed after I am awake and go for a quick walk.
    Will try this tomorrow

    Day 19

Taking a break from training today, I'm going to train again tomorrow.

I finay got to order two t-shirts and a book online that I always wanted.

And tomorrow I'm gonna talk to the employers of the hotel and the carwash to see why they haven't called me. Otherwise, I've grown sick and tired of being jobless after 10 months!

    Day 2

    A lovely calm family day.

    Stay strong!!

  17. I know the feeling. I myself had been jobless for 1,5 years in corona times which really sucked.
I sent so many CV's I lost count. Eventually though I got a really nice job that I love.

Your frustration shows that you haven't given up and that you are a fighter.
Your disappointment protects you from getting your hopes up without reason and then feeling bad.
So keep at it like it's your job to find a job. Don't tie your emotional health in the outcomes.

If you keep at it with consistency and a refusal to give up ever, you will eventually get something.
Even if it's not what you'd like, you will then have money and time to look for something better.
    Good luck :)
