day 4/14 I hung out with some friends last night. There were three couples and then me, so I was 7th wheeling LOL. there was a game we played, kinda like Cards Against Humanity; even though there were tons of sexual topics that we all joked about, I didn't feel affected by any of that kind of talk, thank God. my medical school graduation gown came in the mail yesterday. very grateful to have made it this far. hope you're all well. thank you @EndPornLiveLife! good on you for fighting against alcohol. keep up the good work!!!
day 5/14 getting things set up for the move today. I'm not a fan of moving; not the fact that I'm going somewhere new, the whole process of packing my stuff up is tedious. hope you're all having a good Monday.
day 6/14 temptations were strong last night. They’re in my mind today as well but I’m not going to have a chance to act on them since I’m up and about. More than the P scenes, scenes of me doing the deed with women I’ve done it with are replaying in my mind’s eyes. makes it more dangerous but we’ll pull through.
day 7/14 halfway through this challenge. thank You God. the desires/withdrawal symptoms are strong today. not so much P as it is MO. I had to look away from some beautiful women at the store so that I wouldn't be ogling them and so that I wouldn't have to deal with bad lingering thoughts.
day 8/14 last night and this morning, my thoughts are in a much better state. I exercised last night so I slept very well. today I have to go out of town to run an errand, so we'll see how I do once I come back home.
day 9/14 the urges were really bad last night. fortunately I did not act, but I'm more ashamed of the fact I was not more steadfast of mind to shut down the demon more quickly. I spent an extra minute (or several) looking at a picture of this woman in a dress, and then the same woman in a bikini. it's just ridiculous to see how much this has consumed me. I don't want to reset this NoFap timer. we're still here though. happy Friday everyone.
Day 8 checking in. (18 total) It's been a bit different lately. I'm staying with my sister a few hours away for a few days. It's good to be able to spend some time with her and the kids. We're going to the local show tonight! Carnival games, a demolition derby... I'm looking forward to it
