Day 33! Got a strong urge to watch p but successfully blocked it with super power punch right after got a slight headache too.

 

I feel I am in flatline these days because everything about life feels so dull and depression is extreme.

 

That could mean you are well into recovery. Keep going, understand it's part of the process. After a few days things will change, and life will appear beautiful.

 

Thanks man. Appreciate it. But to be honest its tough its like a hardest war with your own self.
