    I relapsed yesterday and watched two kink porn videos . I masturbated twice so it’s day 1 again . Each time I masturbated I was flaccid and when I came also flaccid . It’s been this way for like 10 years . I’m just gonna try again. I can piss and mourn and pity myself by none of that helps . I just have to do it .

    I'm also back on day one and I don't feel so good. I have a hard time falling asleep lately and it really bothers me cuz I end up imagining things. sigh.

    Keep at it guys. If you start having urges either get outside AWAY from any form of technology or come on here and read/reply to some threads to get grounded again. It's really difficult but the worst thing you can do is give up!!!

    We have all been there before and yes it feels sickening and we question why we just relapsed but as you said there is nothing we can do other than getting back on the path.
    A failure is really giving up without a fight. Sometimes we feel we have nothing left in us and then we suffer setbacks. Just keep trying as the others have already said on here.
