[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

  1. 7/90- I have woken up this morning with anger towards myself because I have been imprisoned by PMO for so long. I found myself asking when will I completely be free of this crap and just live a healthy life without fear of relapse. Unfortunately, there is no magic pill. I first have to abstain for a long period of time to allow my brain to rewire.

    April Challenge (From April 5th onwards)
    Waking up at 5:30 am: 9/25
    Morning Routine (Meditation, Gratitude, Affirmations): 11/25
    No using my phone in bed: 2/25
    Read at least 4 books in April: Book 2 of 4- Wake Up! Stop Sabotaging Your Happiness and Your Success
    Book 3 of 4- Ten Arguments for Deleting Your Social Media Accounts Right Now
    Web Development learning for at least 100hrs: 12 hrs 20 mins
    Cold Shower: 7/25
    News Fast:5/25
    YouTube Fast: 1/25
    Complete Recovery Nation Workshop: Lesson 42 of 73
    Run 20 Kms: 21.26 of 20 Kms Complete

    DAY 0

    MO after a long day, a bit stressed, and ate too much sugar. Find days 7 & 8 tough for strong cravings, need to be strong after a week to push on through this stage.

    Still no P in approx 80 days which I'm happy about.

    You are right. Sleep also changes me a lot.It helps keep my mind sharp , and I feel more energetic eveyday.
    My suggestion is dont use any electronic devices 30 Mins before bed.
