About porn addiction in society and future generations.
I was thinking about this: If today pornography generates so much addiction and problems, what will happen in the future, when vr porn and vr porn video games become more prevalent (when more people get access to that technology) and also even holograms and robots...
It's like, the future is super dark...
If today it costs so much to stop seeing images and videos, it will be almost impossible with the infinite stimuli of the pornography of the future that is already coming. And also the matter that the scientific and political aristocracy (society too, but these two groups have a greater responsability) does not catalog it as a problem, but as something healthy and normal.

Which leads me to conclude that the best time to stop this is now, before things move to a nightmare level. But that only will work for us, people will be growing and being born during those times, and those things will be presented to them as normal and good.
The only positive thing i see is that sex "workers" will be reduced in number, but in exchange we will have a lot of slaves, less families, and overall more broken people that will not or may not want to understand the cause of their problems.
But maybe that is better for some persons? Who benefits from having a weak, easy to manipulate and addicted people? How many billions the porn industry makes?.

It will be a miracle in the future to not be exposed to porn, and even more to escape from it after being caught. But it will be good to remember that with God everything is possible.

Do you people believe the same about the future or not?
If yes, what we can do to somehow weaken the grip of pornography on the current and next generations?
Do you believe sites like this will continue to exist or will they be censored?

    Any insight is welcome.

Tbh I don't think there will be a huge difference. We're seeing it with this generation with smart phones ..

Vr porn is probably a specific clientele . You will always get that with these things people who are into weirder and weirder things but I dont think . There will be a huge change in the porn industry .

porn addiction doesn't happen over night.
You start as teen then a young adult and so on .

Within that time people make decisions .

Porn will grab a hold like it does many .

But I don't see a significant change than what we are seeing now tbh

Of course it's a growing market but it always has been . It's a business at the end of the day

I don't think we will see a huge difference I think the speculation about future generations about it increasing has already happened

I agree to what you say and rather I should say I worry the same things about future. Your words expressed what I was thinking from a long time. Yes I think it is going to be worse in the future. No one really cares about this issue. Main reason for this will be social media. Bcoz it has caused people thinking that PMO is normal and there's no harm in it. Everyday we see millions of people posting nude stuff on various platforms and these receive more likes as compared to normal stuff. Not to mention vr and metaverse stuff which will be coming in upcoming future to provide real life experience. If this happens, people will simply lose their interest in life. Since everything they want is available at their fingertips. PMO addicts will have no purpose in life and will be burden to the nation. Sites like this will surely continue to exist bcoz there will always be a huge bunch of people demanding for it.
    How can this be prevented?
I think this can only be stopped when people themselves realize that porn is harmful which is very rare bcoz the society is manipulated in such a way that only lies are shown to people. So making people more and more aware about its harm could be a solution.

I don't think that VR is a problem.

People like Social media because it gives them the illusion that it's useful: they read 2 informative posts in Facebook so they lie to themselves that they are doing something good with their time, than they watch 100 useless videos.

In VR there is no illusion about it being useful: everyone who enters VR knows it's for entertainment only.

Think about a computer that shows only Porn: it will be very hard to buy this computer because you can't lie to yourself that you are about to do something good.
However a normal computer will be much easier to open because you can do literally anything there: write a book, learn a language, learn useful information or skills. so you can lie to yourself that today is the day you are going to start doing something with your life. than you end up watching porn.

also, VR is 100% intended for visual entertainment, and we already got it in huge TV screens, which we can sit around with family and friends, why would we want to buy 5 VR headsets for the family if we can just buy 1 giant screen ?
