After 10 days back at the Hospital Wing

I knew exactly what triggered me but still couldnt resist. That really does make me sad.

In the Hospital wing, again.
Unfortunately — I slipped up.
Again nothing special happend — I faced difficulties in my studies and because of this my level of anxiety increased. I felt like I just couldn't do what I had to do. I didn't find the strength to fight and overcome difficulties - instead I decided to run away from difficulties in the PMO. I'll try to move on somehow, despite my exhaustion.

 

Hey folks.

Just before I join the challenge and add my name to the document, I can start from my current streak, rather than Day 0?

Noticed from the earlier pages of the thread that it's changed a few times, and want to make sure I've read the points on the first page right.

Avoided the pit twice today.
I wasn't even horny. I've been feeling depressed since my last good streak and i think i cope by looking for porn even when i'm not interested in getting aroused. i guess that's why this whole no PMO thing is important eh?

 

Yes, as per the rules you can start from your current streak.
"2. Start at your current streak. However, you cannot begin the challenge if you are further than 180 days into your streak."

I read that, and then the post underneath about starting from day 0, and binged through most of the thread, where several adjustments have been made along the way. Wanted to make sure I was fully up to date!
