    Welcome back. In my experience, the best way to get up from the bottom of the hole, is to have "the click". That moment when you realize that you're fu*ed up and you HAVE TO get up, then a big wave of determination comes right in, you have to ride it and start your journey from there.

    The wave probably will help you more than a week, you have to use this time to arm yourself up, for the time of the test will come right after:

    .Write (on paper and heart) how bad and empty you felt in the hole.

    .Notice and write every improvement since the day you left the hole.

    .Start ASAP at least one good habit wich liberates dopamine. (Probably the best one is to exercise)

    .Sorry if you're not a religious guy, but without God's help, it would be imposible.

    - Personal advice: Understand that this is a true spiritual war. You have a real enemy, he wants to destroy you, and he will, if you don't get strong to face him.

    Worked it slowly, i try not overloading too many things to look out for, going my way... slowly but surely.

    Today was a good day. Avoided the pit once but was also in a supremely good mood.

    End of Day 4 (and I kinda hate to write that again and again but yes AGAIN this day was way too full)!!

    I keep falling at the 20-30 day mark.

    I keep getting to this point consistently, but then falter around day 20-30…

    I’ve got to find a way to break through this point
     
  11. Perhaps you're now focusing too much on getting past that point? Where were you at, when you were at your worst? If you were engaged in pmo daily, then streaks of 20-30 is significant in itself. I dont know what your story is, but perhaps alternative perspectives on how you're doing will be useful?

    day 17. Doing the best i can, building good habits its important to acomplish this challange, I will try to study every day so it become an habit. Im already going to gym at afternoon and praying at night. It will be cool to watch a threat about good habits you can do.

    This is so fkng true, my mom and my granpa say a quote that i like: "the best is enemy of good" that is a derivation(later i knew) of voltaire quote: "Perfection is the enemy of good". We as human are imperfect, not like the fkns series we watch where the protagonist is fkng genius and do everything good, so perfection is an illusion.

    Day 125

    Had a moment in the early afternoon where I almost considered relapsing, but soon snapped out of it. Overall today has been fantastic; steady day at college, leg workout, pub with friends, and a great chat with a fellow trainee about PMO and sexual morality in general.

    Started reading Jordan Peterson’s ‘12 Rules for Life’ and really enjoying it, will post a proper review once I’ve finished the book.

    Well, about two years ago I would PMO about 3 days every two weeks. This slowly improved until about a year ago, where I started to get over twenty days pretty consistently. But for the past year, I usually have a relapse around day 20-30.

    So yes, I am happy with the improvement, but I feel like I am failing to reach the next level. Once a really strong urge hits after 20+ days, I usually fall.

  18. Day 6 complete!

    I meant to go swimming today, but some buddies invited me to watch a movie with them and I figured that would be a nicer thing to do. I'll run tomorrow, since my long-term goal is to run every other day, but I think I'll still get to the pool on Saturday. Swimming is really great exercise imo because it's not too intensive, but it works a lot of muscle groups and even things like your cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Urges weren't bad today either. Almost had a slip in the morning but I made myself aware of how much I absolutely did not want to mess this up.

    I was home alone and tired after work, only had a thought about porn, but not a real urge. This morning I am feeling a bit horny, will put away my phone after writing this
