Quitting smoking and the demon urge to pmo creeps back in.

    I’ve stopped smoking now for 2 weeks after many many years of it and now I’ve been relapsing to pmo since I quit smoking. As stupid as this sounds I’m seriously thinking about starting smoking again as I had pmo pretty much under control after many years of struggling with it until I quit smoking.

    Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

    It is PMO and video game addictions for me. Since playing video games is a trigger of PMO to me, I am now trying to quit them both at the same time. But somehow my mind knows I don't regard playing video games as a relapse (I mainly focus on NoFap now), so I often find myself thinking of playing video games to kill time, or actually indulging in it for an hour or two. Yet playing video games would often turn into a trigger of PMO for me, so every time I realize I am at a dangerous spot, I would stop playing.

    I’ve smoked for 19 years and giving up pmo or just mo is definitely tougher than giving up the smokes. Thought I had it under control until I stopped smoking.

    Yes in the past, then I become the opposite. I stopped PMO but started smoking more. On my 11th nofap day I reduced smoking to one a day. Trying to go cold turkey.
