    Hello all,
    I've been down this road before and relapsed. Wanting a fresh start and long lasting outcome. I've gone a few weeks without porn so I know I have the will power. Just need to stay strong and make it a permanent change. As a Christian, the shame that comes along with this habit is really hurting me. I feel like I'm abusing God's grace. Looking forward to reading thru the forums and taking this step. Thanks for having me.

    Thanks a ton. I’m ready to take control of this addiction. It’s been a part of my life for nearly 30 years and now I’m extremely pissed off about it.

    I suggest don't think too much do the things that you love to do
    Get out meet people try to remain less lonely
    And u can also help other people here interact with them solve their problems as there are many persons who mays be doing bad them...
    That will create a good vibe in you and you feel motivated and good.
    And just never forget
