I slipped. I'm sorry, the urges overwhelmed me.

 

It's the same pattern over and over again.
I am so tired, I want to break free.

>After lots of soul search, I start a new streak
>The streak goes beyond 10 days
>I slip, and keep slipping for a day or 2
>I start again determined to continue the momentum I had built
>Slip again after a good streak, now followed by shorter streaks
>after a month/2, do soul search and start again

The snake is biting his tail

 

Nevertheless, I will continue this time for 15 days.
For there is no other solution.
All because I know this struggle isn't without its meaning, and though I may not know it I am getting stronger backstage.

I fell on Day 7.
Again.

I've been stuck in this loop for some time now...
The 1st time i started off on this journey, i actually did quite well and got to 14 days if not a bit more. But since then it has been reset after reset after reset.
I don't think this is how it's supposed to be. I feel extremely demoralized. My "why" doesn't feel as clear as it was at the beginning.

I therefore feel that I now need to take some time off to truly reset my mind and remind myself why I am doing this.
I need to get my mind in check. Lots of meditation is in my near future.

I shall keep my counter running and keep off PMO as best I can in the meantime but I won't be checking in daily for the next few days @Spontifex

@Spontifex I successfully completed the guardian challenge after 5 days I am now moving up to soldier, quick question do I start from the beginning as in 10 days or from day 5 since I have already completed 5 days of guardian

 

8 - nothing can stop me to achieve RYU now. After that i will continue with even greater motivation for the next rank. OUPA CONTROL
