Therefore it's my 3rd day, however let's start with 1/30 today (Monday)

I gotta say I know I can make and once you get past 5th day its easier, but I there's another threat there that once you reach significant number and you don't feel any better you keep wondering "what's actually the point". I'm afraid not-relapsing is not enough to make any significant change in my life.
