Approaching women

Maybe what i will post will benefit someone.
Before my nofap journey, i was shy and timid.
I didn't feel i am worthy of any female attention.
I was always good looking but never felt like it.

But since doing nofap and working on my self-esteem, things changed dramatically.
I go and talk to any woman i like.
I get compliments all the time and sms's .
I have more options that ever, but because i am commited to a year of complete abstinence, i don't feel i am ready yet.

The moral of the story is, SR + working on your self-esteem will make you a stud.
Your eyes will be sharp and your gaze will open any heart - and i mean it - any heart.
Try it , it works.

** Nothing blunts a man's masculinity like porn and masturbation. And women crave this masculine edge. They can't resist it.

It is not one solid streak. My average streak is about a week. My longest is about 150 days.
Atm i am on day 23 of my current streak.
I am always changing so i can't pinpoint at any particular date...
