90 days nofap

In last 7 days, i have masturbated 5 out of 7 days. I feel i lost control over my masturbation. I want to start a nofap challenge again and i promise to myself to write about my feeling and progress in this tread, at least once three days.

 

I masturbated two times in last two days. My streak just went for one day. I didn't watch porn, but saw pictures from hot girls in instagram. So i think instagram in my weakness. I have to deactivate my accounts. But there is question that i ask myself: Will i be relieved from this compulsive masturbation one day?

 

Tonight i had urges to watch porn again and do that sheet. But i came to forum and read some posts and it helped me. I realized that my brain want some porn-induced dopamine, but i decided to not give that. I decided to wait until someday that i relieved from porn and masturbation, and take that dopamine from a real sexual relationship with a real girl that i love her. 3 times in 6 days. It seems i can't go more than one day.
