Sore penis after excessive masturbation

I’m a 23 year old male with a porn, masturbation, orgasm addiction. I was excessively masturbating to porn when I noticed that a part of my penis is sore. The problem is that I can’t quit this addiction at all. My best is a 27 day nofap streak in the last six years.
