Day 6 in the hospital wing, complete.
So far so good. Beating off the urges with a stick!

Happy to be leaving the hospital wing!
Time to resume classes!

Day 7 complete. Finally back in my Yr 1 Gryffindor class!

Forgot to post, but I'm here now. 5 days complete, checking in. Seems like we Hufflepuffs aren't doing... well... to paraphrase the name above me, we aren't giving it our all. I certainly wasn't. But I am now. I will always.

Hospital Wing Day 0

 

I've relapsed, and explained why in the Matrix thread.

Will be back on the wagon on Sunday, as I'm due to attend a social event. This will involve indulgent foods and wine, and I want to start on a fresh slate.

Usually, I'd just run away and delete my account, but I feel being up front and open about this is far healthier. Acknowledge my lapse in judgement, take the hit, and move on.

P.S. Don't think I'll ever take Ashwaghanda again.

sorry bros, I've been very busy lately, unable to visit the site! the recovery process is going very well - there has been no craving to slip up, not even a thought of P. The goal is 90+ days!!!
