Waaaaaayyyy too much. My smartphone and internet addiction is much bigger than my PMO addiction and I'm struggling a lot to get out this addiction.
I need help because this is serious.

I Bet my smartphone screen time is 9+ hrs. Which is a heavy problem and due to this it is affecting my recovery. What are the best ways to quit this addiction of smartphone?

I don't have smartphone or tablet. So i use only Computer. I don't know how much I use it, I turn it on, I turn it off. These days that i have nothing to do I use it a bit more than i should, but happy to have been able to block all porn on it.

I spend a lot of time on gadgets, especially social media and YouTube. It's a bad habit, like many people

I work on my laptop so I spend all day on it pretty much. I have come to a healthy relationship with it though. I highly recommend the Chrome extension "Unhook - Remove YouTube Recommended Videos." You have a high degree of specificity about what you can remove like the home page, recommended videos sidebar, comment section, video description, notifications, etc. It's been a gamechanger and I have yet to fall into any youtube rabbit holes in the many months I've had it.

The majority of the time I am awake in my home.

My laptop basically is my tv as well. I'm not big on sitting on the couch watching tv. I have always mainly been a bedroom person, so I prefer sitting or lying in bed on my laptop. So streaming videos, tv shows, movies on my laptop. This is something that I actually noticed recently, that I do seem to prefer watching tv shows and movies much more on my laptop in my bedroom than sitting in the living room watching tv. Like it's basically pointless me having a living room. I usually seem to find something really uncomfortable about sitting on a couch watching tv, I don't know what it is. Very occasionally I will do it, but hardly ever.

I don't use a smartphone, so I do get a lot of time away from the internet altogether when I leave my home.

When I'm not at my job and sometimes even when I'm working.

  12. I'm on my laptop all the time. Legend has it, I'm still on it right now.

I began to notice more and more that I spend too much time on the Internet. When I decided I needed to spend less time on social media, I started watching movies and TV series. Recently I spent on such a curiosity, where they tell how you can find out the duration of the YouTube playlist. So, in three days I watched the series for over 37 hours!!!
