There's no such as thing as a little junk food

    I don't know about y'all but everytime when I try to eat very little junk food I end up getting fatter. I guess the dopamine from those chocolate chip cookies would make me binge eat more cookies. And since it has a lot of sugar I would be at risk for diabetes

    I would look at your whole diet not just your junk foods. Split all your calories in a week up or a day up and categorize them into healthy calories consumed and junk calories consumed. Obviously the overall goal is less calories in than out so that would mean you aren't burning enough/eating too much already. But it is still a good excercise to see how calorie dense your bad foods are.

    Yeah it is just too damn tempting huh. I actually am doing the carnivore (mostly) diet. Will make a separate post.
