Step 1. Get out of your own head. Figure a way to relax.
Step 2. Get porn out of your head and visual range. Block it on your phone and try to forget it exists.
Step 3. Move forward with your own plan of how your life needs to be. Exercise more spruce up your image. Attempt new things.
