Yep. Tempting urge right now before going to bed to edge and binge again and never start the challenge. Put it off to another day. I know. I know. Deep down I'm scared of actually rebooting. Deep down I'm scared pf dealing with myself and my problems. I'm scared of not being able to say that all my problems are because of PMO. I'm scared of not using it as an excuse as to why my life isn't the way it should be. I made the hard choice at 5 hrs. I'm scared that I will slip up in the future, but as people say, one day at a time.

Day 17 as an Hobbit, complete!
Not quite slogging on, not quite sailing through, but getting there all the same.

 

I'd say its consciousness projecting meets the consciousness expecting.

 

Day 0 today. Lost control and did PMO. Time to start again. No time to feel bad. Just going to keep looking towards the future of breaking this habit.

Still Day 0 Nazgul 18 hrs

I actually woke up today feeling refreshed. I had a very vivid dream that I wrote about this morning on a piece of paper. It was one of those mornings where you wake up and feel like a different person. I haven't been able to get sleep like this for a good 2 years I might say. It's no wonder I'm depressed and feeling like crap all the time. I actually woke up not wanting to end my life today. I think it may have something to do with me working out, like my brain is adjusting to a new and better body. It gives me more motivation to hit the gym and keep working out. I wrote my life vision, both negative and positive and plan to do the full future authoring program by JP. Posting the positive vision in my journal for now.

 

I've visited Vienna this weekends and I'm living in the Poland right now.

The city is great a lot of things to visit there. But unfortunately this day was LGBT gathering in the old city.
I can't say that I don't like gays or lesbians or whatever, it's none of my business what person likes.
But man, people from LGBT were walking naked around the city.
It's inappropriate when the guy showing his penis or the girl showing her breast to the tourists, I don't want to see this.

And the police just ignore them. In my opinion it's a total bullshit.

It is bullshit. They shouldn't be shoving that down other people's throats. They'll even have kids that get exposed to this kind of stuff and they think it's ok. Anywhere else and you would go to jail.

Day 7
Low urges yestarday, but I wanted to stayed at nigth watching tv or computer (one of my triggers) but I resisted the temptation to do it. Today I will advance in some work task so will be a good sunday.

I thougt that porn subs mean porn subtitles, which would be strange, but I am not to judge. I think you should clarify that word. But I agree with you. Thank you for speaking up. I am resetting the counter. So this is the evening of day 4, tomorow morning I will have 4 days and I am an orc. I feel a bit tired from life, but still hopeful. Missed a check-in yesterday

Day 310 & 311! Working all day lol. Learning to cook better!

 

Had a good day today,

Was sleeping most of the day, since me and my wife returned from the trip
and it was impossible to sleep in trains. Overall a good day, also spend some time learning
computer architecture.

 

Day 163

Things are still getting easier! Going though a kind of spike in urges these past few days, which has been complicated by conversations about relationships; I’ve got two different people trying to set me up with someone, and while I’m flattered I just don’t like the whole idea of dating for the sake of it. Then again I won’t go on a date unless I want to, so there’s no real pressure!

 

Day 5 is a wrap. Still an orc, but evolving.
