    I abstained for only 2 days recently, and i feel happier overall already
    Though the urges came strike me uninvited and i lost control

    Note : Around that time i exercised and actually do something productive for once

    Hello, I've been inactive for a few weeks, relapsed a few times and couldn't find the real drive to start a nofap streak, but now we are going for a new streak (last time, get rid of this). Today is day 6. After next week (because of exams, I will also change my lifestyle with good routines, positive thinking and setting goals and reflect per day etc.).

    If you are about to relapse: think of how unmotivated, tired, unhappy (beat yourself up or get sad/depressed) you will get -> do you really want this, no it is worth to keep fighting (don't give in, search for distraction). Think about your inner why, and think of brain cell destruction and causing irrisponsible behaviour/choice making.

    Don't fight urges: tension will build up, just let it be and float on it and look for distraction!
