I will not lie. I have lied myself too many times over the last few days. I have relapsed number of times this week. I have started again this week, I want to post regularly in this site but the thing is that i blocked my browser and all the stuff related to that but i still have managed to relapse for many reasons. I felt like giving up during those times. There is no self pity in this. I just wanted to confess because there is no other way getting through this difficulties. I am sure there are others who are echoing the same guilty conscience like me. Things have been worse before and i overcame so i need to grab my steer myself once again.

 

I need an accountability partner who will observe my profile and other journals.
Those who have completed 21 days of nofap hardmode is preferred. He should give me advice and other science and ayurvedic based resources about nofap.

Relapsed yesterday , did it twice , back to day 0

 

Well I did once without P... I am feeling alone a little bit and depressed. Feeling stressed in my forehead

 

Checking in. Had too many urges because I was left exposed with no blocker and I have been working on to something a bit too hard that hasnt had results so it kinda stressed me out. I deleted my useless Twitter account so that kinda helps me through.

Checkin in. Was triggered yesterday night. Somehow cold turkey was unblocking stuff so it got me into a loopholes. Loopholes have always triggered me to some auto drive. Although nothing further happened after restarting my pc. It started working again

try downloading app called Shield on iphone. its free! also in content and privacy restrictions, add a passcode and give it to someone else so you can't edit them. wanted to share, as this is what has worked for me thus far.

Had a P dream twice for the past 2 days now, and i often woke up with pre cum
The dream about PMO is soo vivid and clear that it scares me

I hope it's not a relapse, since i woke up feeling horny too, but i could control it

 

Checkin in. I still have urges for the trigger that i encountered the day before yesterday. Right now it's important that i dont let those urges INFLUENCE me to AUTODRIVE hence relapse. My phone blocker is not working yet. I have told the customer support to fix it but they couldn't do it for the last four days. So i will be installing another app.
