Day 32. Traveled to my hometown. Unfortunately, my grandpa passed away so I don't think I will check in the next three days - gotta be there for my mother. Funeral's the day after tomorrow.

Hey, sorry for the delay; That was actually my first day in this forum, i just had to talk to someone when i found this "trend" and went all in.

on june 07 i had decided that was it and since then i'm on my longest streak (16 days, i think?);

though day 8 (first post) and today i've got the most upseting urges so this brought me here again.

 

day 16, last couple of days I have had urges frequently, feeling much temptation, please pray for me.

Day 21 damned urges didnt workout didnt meditate. To be honest i cant becoz of yhis weird feelings and sensation of my dick i never felt this kind of urges the more i make up a mind to fight throught the stronger thw urges are i didnt go to any sites or any girls i felt like shit for few hours today i felt like crying i felt angry but i controlled them and started studying i am able to study weird thing to say coz studying needs more focus but i am able to study the trick is giving your energy to something that will. Help yo get your goal my goal is to join army i asked myself if i cant fucking resist these urges how the hell m gone survive in the battlefield when the feeling of death is zipping around. ( if i clear the exam nd interview only then i will be selected but i ask this thing to myself to make myself clear why i started nofap )
