2. I will Focus on removing pent-up anger and emotions
3. I am grateful for The strength of god being with me today
However, I feel that number 1 is a continuous process as is number 2.

 

Great,

I am very well today.
Was able to receive two Primiz blessings on one day and then enjoy a great aperitif with friends.
A wonderful Sunday.

A few temptations over the weekend but I have managed to navigate the stormy waters without crashing onto the rocks.

 

Day 5
I've started exercise again and going to get progressing with my fitness again

 

I'm back! Day 36 and all's good. The last three days I read a book about web development and currently focusing on that sector. Got a couple more books about the same subject - hopefully I will be concentrating more on reading a d learning. Still working out every day and effectively abstaining. I used to login for a bit and check out the forum the past days and I am very happy that you are all doing great with the challenge and your lives!
