    Hi
I've had 15 days of nofap, but I've watched a bit of porn in addition to a slight fatigue feeling like something is wrong with my balls. I have a question, do you have any reports of people who have done 90 days of nofap and also noticed an improvement?
Or have you yourselves noticed any benefits of not masturbating but occasionally watching porn?

  2. Watching P, when you are quiting P makes not sense, reset your counter. I was there like 2 years ago, not masturbating but watching P. Its not a good idea

There are no benefits of watching porn. Especially is you are recovering from an addiction to it. Do you imagine there are benefits of an alcoholic drinking or a junkie injecting occasionally?

No, I'm sorry, there is no benefit. What this sounds like is justification. Your trying to justify watching porn so you can do it without guilt. Just like IGY was saying, what benefit do you see from an alcoholic visiting a bar? It's nothing but justification and trying to find a way to get close to what you should be avoiding.

Masturbation is also harmful. And having a little peek at porn is supposed to spoil the streak? Pointless especially since porn is everywhere now. I won't watch it or at least try not to watch it so often, much less masturbate, I want my hormones to settle down.

Unfortunately yes, a little peek does set you back. When you consciously reactivate these pathways, you're reactivating and strengthening the very neural wiring you're trying to re-wire hence the 'reboot.' I don't feel like it's 'everywhere,' but that depends on what your definition of that is. Depending on that, you might need to take some real inventory on how to go forward. What is everywhere in your case? Do you have multiple social media accounts? Are you frequently browsing sites like Tumblr or image sharing sites which don't have a filter?

So, while you might not be set back to stage one, peeking is definitely the start of what some could consider a relapse. You know your goals, but if No PMO is that, then you need to avoid consciously activating these pathways. Difficult? Yes. Possible? Yes.

I agree. Unfortunately, in our situations, porn is typically all around us. We've found platforms and shows that are full of sex, nudity and adult situations, giving us the thrill we seek. Now that we want nothing more to do with that nonesense, it's hard to remove it all completely. I do feel there should be a differentiation between "a little peek" and stumbling across something. Actively making the choice to view something vs happening to see it are different issues that need to be handles differently. If you looked for it, that's on you.

  8. It's a relapse. Clearly. You either not watch porn or watch it. There's no inbetween. Accidents (like an ad popping in on your screen) are just accidents that we have to deal with on daily basis, don't worry about those. But consciously looking at anything that makes you feel urges is clearly a relapse.

It's not difficult to find people who felt results after 90 days of noPMO on this forum. I'm one of them. Look around.

Just remember that 90 days works differently for different people. Some might need a less, some might need a year. It all depends on your dedication to noPMO.

The feeling you get after winning against yourself? Priceless. But you have to pay days for it first. Stay strong.

Forget about this alright? You must understand that this addiction of Porn means you are too lonely.I had this kind of issues when i started and when i started to hang out with my friends i didn't thought about it.You see i even met a girl i like and even though she rejected me i stood up and keep improving. This is how life works ! No matter what happens experience is everything ! So learn from mistakes and improve!

What matters is not how many times you fall, but how many times you get back up. Keep getting up, keep moving forward, there are hundreds of ways of progressing. You got this!

Watching porn without masturbating is still harmful, because you're still exposing yourself to sexual stimuli and conditioning yourself to pixels instead of the real thing, watching porn without masturbating still causes porn induced erectile dysfunction.

Agreed ^^^ this has always been my issue. I've never been much for masterbation, but I've looked through porn sites simply to get the stimulation and it has caused issues in my mentality. I don't have ED, but I still have become too comfortable for my own comfort.
