    On the way to day 3 again
    I messed up again
    uhmm this time the problem after my extensive and busy night shift
    i came back tired on a weekend and was faced with an option to sleep or watch something but i was just alert enough to not initiate sleep
    Excessive fatigue and lack of sleep are my 17 year old nemeses , i have been battling them for so long and porn was my aid
    now i need to replace porn with another ally
    Will keep researching i guess
    today i am going to try pranayama and some sleep hacks to make me sleep
    i think i am not doing well, might have COVID but because of my unrealistic shifts am just gonna work anyways that would make extra tired
    the new hacks i have got
    is closing blinds
    making room at 19 C
    reading kindle next to me because no blue light
    using a sleep mask
    and working out first 3 hours in the morning today
    so hopefull that works

    Here are the things that help me fall asleep @Shabooka1993:

    - Not reading in bed, it's okay to read next to it, but I try to not read when i'm physically in the bed
    - Listening to ASMR videos (If you check them out be careful because some of the videos, especially the ones by women creators can be quitre triggering. I usually just listen to men)

    i am day 5 i think
    i am so over the moon
    it is been such a long time like 6 months since i ahve had thawt streak ; my longest was 61 days ,
    but i have just listened and listened and learnt so much
    Matt Dobschuetz really helped me tbh
    once i understood that my needs are not abnormal and i started tending to them appropriately urges went down a lot
    esp sleep and rest and stretching
    i am learning so much from this for which am grateful

    lol also i got COVID positive today but am taking it quite nicely , because it is not a new thing for me , and am also tending to my social and physical needs in a way , but it might get trickier but it s always a chance to learn something new

    relapsed today 3 times in a row
    most of my needs were controlled but had intense intense urges
    could be from being alone and having COVID 19 not sure
    i think it could be due to my lack of touch which i am missing a lot at times
    Will try to get to the bottom of this
    starting day 0 again

    Having COVID sucks as you can't leave the place you're in and be with other people...
    However, if you allow me, and if you didn't do it already, I would advise you to build up an "emergency plan" for when you experience intense urges.
    Something that starts with staying away from all internet-connected devices preferably, or turning them off during a period of time
