[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

  1. 23/90- Urges have started waning today which is great for me. I am glad I didn't relapse during the height of the very strong urges.

    July Challenge
    Take a 2 min Cold Shower Daily: 4/6
    Learning Software/Web Development (160 hours in total): 9 hrs 53 mins
    Run/Jog at least 40 KM in total: 6.03 KM(+3.33)
    Research toxic shame daily: 3/6
    Read about and practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy daily: 3/6
    Complete workshop in Recovery Nation (recoverynation.com): Lesson 46 of 73
    Read at least 4 books : Book 1 [Soft Porn Plays Hardball : Page 80], Book 2 [The 10X Rule: Page 14]
    Exercise Daily: 5/6
    Use YouTube for only 30 mins max a day: 2/6
    Read and Rehearse my relapse prevention plan: 2/6

    I don't know your background and reasons why your life is not good right now, but let me say this kind of things. Until it is possible to fix the problem, fix it. If you know how, good. Fix it. If you don't, find the solution, then fix the problem. You can make it. You can go through them.

    Day 44/90

    Feeling a lot better in myself since i haven't been viewing P (apart from the first 3 or 4 weeks when it was very tough to resist the urges and withdrawl) , no more headaches, better sleep pattern and able to focus much better on things in general. Trying to focus on my fitness and diet too. Talking to myself in my head when I have temptation to view porn can help sometimes. Trying not to use my bed to relax on in the daytime so I'm not tempted like before & stay busy in other more productive ways. let's be strong and kick this together!

    This is yet another milestone!! Already halfway to beating my best streak.

    Today's exam went fairly ok, tomorrow exam is gonna be the most difficult one. I really have to give it my all today. Originally I planned to do a run today, but I feel like I really need the time to get this exam down. Feeling pretty productive as well, so when this productivity drops I can still go for a run.

  15. 24/90- I think I have survived the worst period of urges thus far. I can rest a little easy for now.

    July Challenge

    Day 9 (2): I was close to relapse, but I have managed to convince myself that P is disgusting to watch. Yesterday wasn't full of events, just practiced some drawing and playing guitar.
