Feeling much much better regardless. But I feel like the first strike of high energy has ended. I have been feeling down & tired starting yesterday. But, not much of a temptation.

    Day 23/90
Finally done with exams lets fricking goooooooooooooooo!! (hopefully I also passed them haha)

I can finally live with freedom again!! but this will also be the most difficult part: I don't have to focus on anything anymore, thus the temptation to do PMO will be much higher. I have to resist all urges and temptations. Will continue to do workouts (and runs) occasionally.

Amigo, if you don't have anything that will drive you away from PMO, try to find some interesting books and read. Maybe find some books about what you want to do in future. :D

    Day 5,

I went through hard times. I won against the chaser effect and some stressful moments.
I have a lot of free time now. I will use it wisely by turning off everything.
I'll be offline for at least two weeks.
Stay strong, let's do our best ;)

  10. 25/90- Not a very productive day as I spent a long time in the garage trying to get my Mum's car fixed. Thieves stole the catalytic convertor from her car. They also stole from my Dad's car. The cost of replacing these catalytic convertors is crazy. People are becoming increasing desperate in these economic times where the cost of living is increasing almost daily but it doesn't justify making other people suffer. I am angry and mad but it has already happened.

  12. I like this concept. Perhaps next month I'll make a personal challenge list; for now, I'll piggy-back a bit on yours if you don't mind. I already take short cold showers in consideration of the environment, so I guess I can check that one by default.

I'd be down to be inducted into the Nofap Jog Squad you've seemingly created on accident. I should easily be able to hit 40km in a month. I usually go out for between 8-16 km when I hit that pavement. I try to aim for 16km; on a 2 days on 1 day off schedule.

I'm the total opposite. I rather do anything aside from my studies including running for too many miles.

That video reminded me of my great uncle. As I'm leaving to go for a jog he starts going on some nonsense rant talking about how jogging isn't good for you, followed by condescending remarks like: you think you'll live to my age?, finished off with some unsolicited and nonfactual critique of my vegan diet. As if I'd take lifestyle advice from a guy who spends upwards of 22 hours of his day in a recliner.

  13. Roughly 12 weeks to go, hopefully it's not rough. I stopped smoking cannabis on 4/3 and intended to drop P&M then as well. Had I stuck to it like not blazing I would be over 90 days by now. le sigh!

Yes! I do have some books laying in my bookcase for like decades waiting for me to read them haha, that is something I will do indeed, other than that I guess play guitar, exercising and running. Really don't feel like looking for a job as of yet, just want to kind of enjoy the summer break.

You should set yourself a higher goal then!! 40KM is a shitton for someone who has been lazing his ass off for the last 3000 decades, but if you have been running occasionally already, and mention that you will be able to do 40km in a month with ease, why not raise the bar to keep it challenging for yourself ;)

    Day 24/90
Alright, the journey is smooth sailing so far. I noticed my weakest point is post wake up: I just don't want to get up (and even more with my situation in that I don't have to get up), and that is when the urges strike the hardest. But after these morning struggles the rest of the day is pretty chill and free of urges pretty much
