This fellow(I am assuming), ascribes to the semen retention philosophy. I don't know enough to describe it well, so if you want to know what that is, you could look into it on your own. The name though gives you the gist of one of their main ideas. They say that keeping your semen is good, the why is what I don't know.

But outside of that perspective, I would say yes, a wet dream is a good sign that your body is heading back to regulating itself how it should and that's an example of healing.

    74 Days.

That really is useful to know.

The whole "90 day reboot" thing seems arbitrary.

Ninety is just a big number.

Knowing that it is 74 days until reabsorption, we know what's happening in the body and, possibly, what to expect.

I read the article at that link, and found it informative.

    Thanks for posting.

Unrestricted semen loss is linked to countless diseases ( especially mental disorders) and i dont have a slight doubt to that. I myslef have faced many many issues due to semen loss and many in this forum have also testified --- IBS, constipation, acne, vision issues, anxiety, depression, brain fog, restlessness, insomnia, palpitations, kidney issues, etc
If you want a detailed book outlining the issues caused by semen loss -- there are 2 such books :
    1) Divine Inspiration ( based on ancient Indian scriptures and ayurveda)
    https://www.hariomgroup.org/hariombooks_default/satsang/English/DivineInspiration.pdf
    2) L'onanisme by Dr Samuel Auguste Tissot ( unable to find link of this book right now, but it is available over the internet for free)

for me -- PIED is considered healed when you get
    a) rock solid morning woods
    b) you get aroused by touch of a female and/or you get erection before having sex

I dont see any other way to test PIED unless ofcourse via visiting a sexologist

Sperm is only an ingredient of semen.
Pure precum doesn't contain sperm but if your urination system still has fertile sperm in it then the precum becomes contaminated and can cause pregnancy.

But that is besides the point. As long as I know that precum isn't actually cum (semen) but its only prostate fluid.

Precum is NOT prostatic fluid. Precum is secreted by the Cowpers Gland.

Thank you. And this seems to support the various "rules of thumb" out there...."Only ejaculate once a season." "Ejaculate no more often than you can donate blood" "90 day reboots" etc.

  16. No. Wet dreams aren't normal, healthy, or a sign of healing. Read a book called Brain Gain by Danavir Goswami.

Heres the thing. I was on a 3 year streak. about 18 months or so in to my streak I started experiencing retrograde ejaculation sensations when I urinate. It is still going on. I have tried different herbs, india origin herbs, and nothing has helped. I have had urine tests done. It was all clear. I am thinking of going and getting tested for herpes now. Since I can't find a solid answer as to what is causing this. Everytime it happens I end up getting flu like symtoms for days. It reeally takes a toll on me as if I intentionally relapsed when I did not. Needless to say, this is not normal. It's auto immune related. I don't even have nightfall like I used to. Atleast that prevented these occurences. Nightfall has never affected me harshly.
