[365-CHALLENGE] THE THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE DAYS CHALLENGE !

Thank you so much for your kind words, support and prayers! My prayers to you too. My depression is rooted in multiple traumas, and the toxic environment I live in doesn't help. The exam I will write is the last bet to help me get out of this toxic environment to prevent further trauma or triggers. PMO was one of my ways to cope, which aggravated the situation. But as I keep making the streak longer, my withdrawals and temptations are getting weaker. I will fight my best to not relapse; I will remind myself I am fighting something big and that I need all my forces in full capacity.
