Does anyone experience "urine dribble?" I think it is caused by PMO

Basically, I suffer from PIED, but I also have an issue with urination. Incontinence?

After I pee, it will feel like there is still urine trapped in my urethra. If I simply did a shake and went to sit down somewhere after, there would be a lot of drops in my shorts, not just a few, like a noticeable amount.

I have found the only workaround to be to push up on my balls after going pee, which causes a bunch of trapped urine droplets to shoot out. Doing that makes it feel pretty much emptied, and then will only have a couple drops in my boxers.

Does anyone else suffer from this? Will Rebooting fix this issue?

I've been on a waitlist to see a urologist for 2 years now, its absolutely ridiculous, so any help is appreciated.

  2. Most urologists won't know shit about this. It's a fairly common condition among guys who overindulge in PMO and especially those who edge for hours at a time. I deal with this myself and I'm willing to bet there'll be at least another handful of guys here in the next day or two to admit the same.

See my thread that practically no one cared to read:

I suffer from this as well. I was thinking it could be do to PMO as well. Not sure. Or because I’m older and it’s something that comes with that? But I must say when I’m on longer streaks I notice less dribble after I use the restroom.

Interesting. I wonder how long it will take to cure this symptom. This is a tough journey but we can succeed. I will read over your thread. Cheers

I bet it is PMO caused. I actually had an ultrasound done and they found no physical issues with me. Would love to see a urologist soon

  6. I saw a urologist, privately and it was a waste of time and money. Having a camera shoved up there wasn't a good time either. So... keep doing your thing and pressing just behind your testicles to "milk" out those last few bits of urine.

But for me... the issue was acidic foods! Black coffee, tomatoes puree, orange juice – these wreck havoc with your bladder. If I have them after 6pm – I'm going to spend hours clearing my bladder before bed. And I'm only 35!

Try cutting out super acidic foods for a few days and see if it improves.

  7. Yes. It starts happening within a week of no masturbation for me. Also the penis gets smaller. They say that it goes away, so try not to worry too much.

  8. So, in your specific case, you don't think the urinary dribbling was caused by PMO? You think it was specifically acidic and nightshade foods? Seems a bit odd.

For me, this started after doing kegels for some time. So it makes sense it appears with PMO, given that the muscles that contract are the same (pubococcygeus muscle).

I’ve noticed the same problem. But not every time. Hard to correlate perfectly because age is probably also a factor; diet. could be one as well. But PMO also seems to affect and disturb the cycle of other elimination activities at least for me so I know it’s not helping for sure.

  11. I think PMO certainly didn't help it. I think having a weak pelvic floor, and probably death grip MO probably did some damage. WHo knows, it's not perfect now but acidic foods upset the bladder for sure.

Hmm I wonder if there is anything that can be done about a weak pelvic floor? I tried doing kegels a while back, consistently for several months and saw zero improvement.

I'm not a doctor so can't give any advice. I don't know how old you are either so it might not be age related. It might indeed be related to excessive masturbation, but have you had your PSA level checked. PSA is checked by a blood test. This happened to me a couple of years ago, I visted my doctor and had a PSA level checked, it was found to be raised and I had to have a prostate biopsy. Thankfully nothing sinister was found and for some reason I had developed an infection in my prostate which was cured by antibiotics. I am now at the age when prostate problems can occur, certainly if you are an older guy you should have a PSA level check. I hope this helps
