Trying Again…

Relapsed. The past several weeks I was edging with increased frequency, and orgasmed on 7/28, two months after the streak began. Definitely felt some depression after that, and the heaviness that ensnares me in the addiction. The spiral of needing to PMO to escape the pain, but causing more pain which only PMO can ease. I'm not spiraling back into the habit, and I certainly havent lost all my progress. I have a sex dream last night, a very vivid one, and not a porn dream. Just gonna keep going. Im quite sure I have facial and musle issues contributing to the ED, and Im going though the DCT for HF course. It helping with my knee and back pain too but this is also going to be a 1+ year healing process. Onwards
