    Thinking of seeing a therapist 1 to1 to help my progression. Started reading another book on the subject ' why men struggle to love' by Eddie Capparucci... excellent read if you're looking to buy a book. Finding it very helpful

    Was day 5.
    Now it's day 0 (8) again. Another relapse. The reason? Coping mechanism with stress, bad sleeping, attempt to silence the emotions. But there's not only bad news. At least I've begun to restore my routine

  12. 1/365- I am back on track. I did way too much yesterday and woke this morning feeling really tired. It might also be that my energy levels have dropped since my last two days of relapses. Staying clear of YouTube and the other social media sites was so awesome. I had so much time yesterday to do other things including meditation.

    August Challenge (August 1st)
    Wake up at 6am or earlier: 1/31
    Take a Cold Shower Daily: 1/31
    No YouTube: 1/31
    No social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Reddit e.t.c): 1/31
    No using my phone in bed: 0/31 (Failed)
    Read at least 4 books: Book 1 [12 Week Year: 38% complete]; Book 2[15 Invaluable Laws of Growth: 6.8% Complete]
    Run 50 KM: 2.44 KM
    Software/Web Development Learning (120 hours in aggregate minimum): 2 hrs 11 mins
    3000 pushups: 60
    5000 ab crunches (Different Variations): 50
    2000 air squats: 40

    I would definitely suggest taking it one step at a time. Once you turn a damaging habit into a beneficial one move on to the next.
