  3. 3/90- I am having a hard time not using my phone in bed at night. While I have stopped using YouTube and other social media, I still distract myself with Netflix and Show Max. I really need to get a handle on this fast.

    August Challenge (August 3rd)
    Wake up at 6am or earlier: 3/31
    Take a Cold Shower Daily: 3/31
    No YouTube: 3/31
    No social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Reddit e.t.c): 3/31
    No using my phone in bed: 0/31 (Failed)
    Read at least 4 books: Book 1 [12 Week Year: 42% complete]; Book 2[15 Invaluable Laws of Growth: 9.3% Complete]

  12. Day 15: Started hitting the gym and it keeps me tired enough to not think about PMO and trying to be productive with my free time and i have also reduced using social media and it keeps my mind calm.

    woah 72 days My dream streak, been struggling since 6 months but never gone more than 25 but this running I am sure I won't break it cuz I have learned many things and I am applying everything this time like meditating, locked every social media website and apps and trying to be focused on studies, pls pray for me for my success, am experienced worst life due to this animal, apart from those, I am believing I am porn free and lets hope I will not lie myself any more!!! :mad::(:oops:

    Good luck brother I will pray for you, it hasn't been easy, the first 3 or 4 weeks I found it really hard and nearly gave into the urges on a few occasions, but i stuck with it and gradually the urges started to die down by the day, you need to recognise you're triggers and learn to manage them, things like anger, boredom, stress. I deleted all social media and started working out more and working longer hours so I wasn't home alone, that was my problem too much free time doing nothing now I try to be more productive with my time. You can beat this with the right mindset bro watching porn you feel disconnected from life in general, including other people and emotions too, im slowly starting to feel alive again and hopefully we all will 1 day.
