Personal improvements and things i need to work on

    My personal improvements are:

    1. Playing chess more frequently
    2. Coding more frequently
    3. More comfortable with my family
    4. Did not relapse for 7 days
    5. Wanted to learn new things
    6. Having a therapist
    7. Having a personal trainer

    However, I just relapsed twice after 7 days. It happened because I took Ritalin at 6pm and did not sleep at all last night. I took Ritalin to try to concentrate on some things. What can I do to move forward from here.

    Might be worthwhile to construct a more rigid schedule so that you don't feel the need for a ritalin boost...
