    Thank you and thank you so much for the support you have given me over the last 30 days. I know for fact I couldn't have done it without the support of you guys. I have tried all kinds over the years to quit but never went more than a few days and now here I am 30 day with no relapses, not even been on a webcam/porn site for 1 second. So thank you again.

    Day 31. Starting day 31. Another day starting which will be free from webcams and masturbation. I feel much more confident now than I did 30 days ago. When The Lord directed me here I was in a mess, sheer desperation. I was crying out for help. I thank God for the last 30 days of freedom. Today I am planning on going to the beautiful little chapel near my home where I can sit in the silence and prayer and meditate. I will also stay for midday prayers. I will check in again in about 12 hours. NEVER COMPLACENT, NEVER OFF GUARD 7.54am 15th August 2022

    You are doing very well and it inspires me to know you continue to succeed for I am praying regularly for your success. As you pray for continued chastity, I hope you will also pray for a peaceful heart and soul. The day counter is a good tool to help one stay on track but do not let it become a sign post for a precipice. With each day of successful prayer and self control, there need not be a building of risk to a fall, rather each day represents the severing of one more sinful pathway built up in your brain and it is also a measure of your reinforcement of wonderful habits of prayer, contemplation and the avoidance of temptation. As you strive for purity also strive for peace by learning to forgive yourself for your past. Bury your old self and walk in the light as a new man.

    30 days is a great milestone, well done. Although I often say it's not about the day count, and I agree with what Tao often says about each day being its own goal, I still believe there is value in looking back on what has been achieved partly as an encouragement but also to remind yourself of what it possible. It's also serves the same purpose for others: your count of 30 days reminds them that this is doable and encourages them to persist in this battle.

    Again, well done and praise God!

    Relapse is part of the recovery process. It does NOT mean you are starting over. You have learned so much better ver the past 33 days. What do you need to learn from this relapse? Ask the father for guidance. What in your life needs to go?

    Thank you for your support. I have never gone more than a few days in the past so to get to 33 days and then suddenly feel as if I have had the rug pulled from under my feet is a bit of a knock. I know you are right and thanks again
