Restarting... Again

Hello Guys,

Today i start back again to zero, after back in 2019 almost two years of abstinence. i started back slowly in the end of 2021/ Beginning of 2022. I started masturbating without porn, at a frequence of 1-2 times every week, then every 2-3 days. Never everyday. I incorporated porn a bit, which i hated and fought (but hey we don't change old tastes like that) I am disgusted of myself and really regretting everytime i engage in this activity, yet i come back to it because i'm chasing bouts of pleasures. Not out of compulsions or drive, more recreational. Anyway long story short, i'm Catholic, i try to grow my faith, and heal some issues that i have and i know that PMO is a huge failling, that is limiting my connection to my God and my inner spiritual self, no matter how pleasurable and how seemingly harmless it might seems. That's why i want now to employ rigor and discipline just like i did some years ago. I had even forgotten about Nofap, thought that was all behind me. Well no it seems. So here i am, humbly resetting my counter and looking to be together with you guys on this hard path of rewiring our minds and live better lives than we already do.

I am looking for an accountability partner (i am M22) or either joining an active accountability group, on whatsapp, Telegram, Discord whatever. Let's go forward and and end this
