tryna stop relapses

    Been trying on and off to stop watching porn for a few years, i keep relapsing back to it tho

    You can try journaling Under 20 I believe it's helpful because it gives you that extra accountability and you can help/inspire other fapstronauts!
    I suggest reading nofap's pdf if you haven't already Getting-Started-with-NoFap.pdf at least the parts you can benefit from, as it goes over the pmo addiction in further details and Why the brain got addicted in the first place.
    Then honestly in my opinion is all about experiencing this on your own and once you are serious about quitting, so in sort you admit you are an addict and you set personal goals that you try your best to achieve no matter what, then you can figure out on your own what helps You!

    Welcome to NoFap. Remember that you're always one decision away from a totally different life. and it's not gonna be easy

    Here's some tips for you:
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    1-If you wanna recover from something you must hate it, search for what porn does to your brain, body and life.
    2-Workout, These urges are POWER! either you empty it sexually or Use It physically .
    3-Remember! that PMO or NOFAP won't make you a rich healthy better person until you decide to ,like a fat guy stopped fapping and watching porn, These won't get him ripped, but it is about the concept of Self Improvement.
    4-So make yourself a note ,write in it your Daily Tasks ,(Bro that literally changed my life) and make sure you make yourself a routine (It's very important) . You can copy this and add your things in the future (Ex:Skin care..)

    1-wake up 7:00AM |
    2-Cold Shower |
    3-5 min. stretching |
    4-Make Your bed |
    5-Breakfast |
    -------------------------
    5-DELETE TIKTOK AND INSTAGRAM, I wrote it in capital cuz I mean it they trigger you sexually and get you the worst urges of your life and they serve porn websites as they are the first step .
    6-Be outside as much as you can. workout outside, hangout with friends....
    7-join challenges on the website , for me I'm in a nice challenge called Batman Challenge ,see what it's all about

    8-and the tip that changed my life and my nofap journey is that you're not gonna succeed in nofap until you don't consider fapping as an option.

    Yea ill give the cold shower stuff a go, but i mainly use instagram to message my friends and rarely go through the content on there and i dont use tiktok, would i still need to delete it? and also ive been working out for like 2.5 years and it is defo a help

    If you can control yourself not to see Instagram's content then no, don't uninstall it ,but you can use messenger anyway or any text apps, just to be careful . I meant the concept, not these 2 specifically,
    You need to escape from any teasing and triggering things around you no matter if it's going to club and parties or dating apps or staring at women in the street.... . I recommend you watching hamza's channel on youtube here's the link : https://www.youtube.com/c/Hamza97
