Thanks for your support. Yea the stress messed up my mind, and weakened my determination. 99% of all my relapses are due to stress and lack of emotional control. I will begin to make this a higher priority.

I have learned that staying past 3AM and surfing the web on your smartphone while you are in your bed is not a very good idea.

1) Go to sleep before midnight
2) Don’t keep your phone within an arm’s reach
