20/90- I am feeling very anxious at the moment and I need to get a grip on it.

 

Day 38 and relapsed

I went to the pool party yesterday, and then I had a wet dreams. I couldn’t fight against the chaser effects and here I am. I have only relapsed with single M, and now I won’t stop at all.

 

day 2 done , i did watch porn yesterday but i didnt fap i felt so amazing i feel more strong now thanks to andrew tate

I'm not sure what happened at this point, but I fell down a slippery slope. I haven't interacted with porn in any way since I joined the forum, but I have struggled to manage MO recently. I need to remind myself that this is the most important thing for me to work on.

 

I relapsed after 17 days... Guess it's an okay run.
