Day 450 roughly nofap. Severe porn addiction involving hours of edging from ages 11-28. Now 29. Massive progress from quitting porn. Got a few dates, stopped being an awkward loser. Two days ago had successful PIV and oral sex. Felt great that day, and OK the day after, now back into a serious flatline. Can barely make eye contact with people and feel very depressed/apathetic. Reminds me of where I used to be when I was a porn and masturbation addict. Feels terrible because this is my first successful PIV sex since going on nofap and now the thought of having to deal with horrible flatlines when I orgasm even with a woman is terrible. Does this ever go away?

What makes little sense to me is that I have frequent wet dreams and they never wipe me out at all like masturbating used to. And this orgasm with a woman has wiped me out like the old days when I would jerk off to porn. I feel like a pathetic, depressed loser with no confidence. Did my dopamine levels nuke after the orgasm? Any input would be appreciated. Thx

By day 450 do you mean no flapping to porn or just no fapping at all?
You feeling like shit after sex might be your brain used to the stimulus orgasm you get from your hand instead of a woman. I had a similar experience, was addicted to MO, not even P, and I noticed that when I would have sex, I wouldn't even feel an orgasm, (bcs I was addicted to the feeling of the stimulus from my hand) and I would feel depressed / anxious after bcs NO dopamine was released from the lesser stimulation of a woman's vagina grip, therefore I started feeling a bit of withdrawal symptoms as my brain didn't feel the same orgasm as before.

This might be the case for you my friend. If you're still MO'ing but not PMO'ing, I suggest you cut it out, it might be what you're addicted to and it might cause your brain to give those withdrawal symptoms of depression / anxiety when you don't get the same stimulus and dopamine release your hand gives you. If cutting it out completely doesn't work, started slowly by loosening the grip of your hand. Hope you understood and hope this helps my boy. Stay strong pal. Proud of you :)
