It seem that the anti porn dns does not work on my new laptop!

I just got a laptop since my last computer got an ictus. This one has windows 11 (it actually make me puke) instead of windows 10. I just tried to change the dns with the CiscoDNS so it will not allow me to open ''porn things''. I just wasted 1 hour of my life trying to put some numbers on the routers, and while it was very easy to do it on my old computer, it seem that it does not work on my new computer. Do you think it is a windows 11 problem? I mean i know that

will not allow you to stop the pornification of the world but it is really frustrating that i can't setup the dns again.
Btw i was thinking that if i am able to counter porn without blocking it, so stop watching it without blocking would be really cool, it will not tempt me anymore.
Now i'm bored and i will not setup that shit again, so i was thinking on stop trying to block it and working on stop the addiction.
