    I haven´t masturbated or had an orgasm for seven days but today I binged porn (without) orgasm or edging or whatever (meaning no physical stimulus)

    and now I feel heat inside my head. Like my brain has a fever. It doesn´t hurt and I can think clear but I am kind of uneasy and scared as to what this is and how bad it is?

    Can anyone tell me what this is and how bad?

    It´s nice that people want to motivate me but the point I asked this question was the medical indication of heat inside the head/brain as this is, in my opinion, something out of the normal

    Nofap moves the sexual energy from my the base chakra to the he highest chakra near the brain. The heat is sexual energy we all have that. I always feel like that, exerciseand do stuff to burn it away.
