Irresistable Urges

What are you doing when you feel urges? Do you occupy yourself with something else? You're right that urges can feel and seem constant, but you can distract yourself from them.

 

Even I do have some really strong urges at night. But I like to think of human beings as just flesh and bones which can be burned or destroyed anytime. Once you see death, and pain and fragility of this human body you no longer are affected by the urges. Still if you have urges then just set a 15 minutes timer or 5 min timer to begin with and resolve to not touch yourself for those 15 minutes or 5 minutes. If urges are still there after the time then reset the timer and do it again . This is what I do
