Day 0/7, I broke again, third time this week, I had alcohol yesterday which didn't help. But I've seen a lot of friends this weekend which was really nice and has helped with the feeling of loneliness - I think I'll need to set up some kind of social event every weekend to stay on top of the loneliness spiral, even if it's just coffee with a pal.
