So today I'm at 90 days into my streak.
How pure was it? I don't know. I just know I didn't PMO. Seeing pictures of beautiful women are literally impossible to stay away from because it's everywhere without you searching for it.
Do I feel any different? No.
It feels like I must do another 900 days before something noticeable changes.
I did cut the two people out of my life that triggered me to relapse after a streak of over 200 days.
I still feel tired, hopeless, without energy, have PIED, etc.
I haven't had a wet dream in a couple of weeks and I hope I don't get it.
It's just sad how long the process takes and I cannot testify of any positive changes yet.
This thread should actually not be in the success story subsection because I've had no success yet.
But okay, here's my post I'm posting on my dsy 90.

I think there's some truth to your statement but not a lot. If you stop looking at Instagram reels and other social medias the only place that you will find pictures is on clickbait ads (it's annoying af) but if you use the Internet for purely work-related things and keep your recreational activities in the main world I feel that the pictures won't present that much of an issue.

The key thing is that looking at pictures of beautiful women isn't cutting your addiction to PMO. It's much (much) better than MOing to reinforce your addiction, but you're still activating many of the pathways that caused your addiction in the first place.

Thanks for your contribution. I will do that in my next 90 days and report on day 180 again.

You must still be watching porn or edging your dick off. Not sure how you don’t see ANY benefits practicing semen retention 90 days, but I urge you to cut out any of the triggers and porn usage at all. You got this buddy! Congrats

Unfortunately you may actually need another 900 days until you fully recover im the same. I want to stick it because I know it will be worth it. The best time to plant a tree was 20 Years ago the second best time is now.

I can say with confidence that I don't edge or do anything with my dick except piss with it.
And I don't watch porn unless you consider car pictures to be porn.
And for the record, on my previous streak of over 200 days I didn't see any changes as well. I'll just leave this here.
Good luck with your journey as well.

Either it's just going to take longer or porn isn't your problem, what is your intuition telling you?

You're only 22 so unfortunately you grew up at the worst possible time(actually it's even worse now) with regards to how available porn is and as we know, it's the younger guys who are taking longer to heal as their brains are/were still forming while they were hammering it with high-speed porn.

It's likely going to take a while, how long that is no one can really know but you should still consider the 90 days a success. To go 90 days whilst feeling pretty terrible and not reach for something that will temporarily erase those feelings still takes a lot of strength, you just need to continue on this path and gradually add in some small things that will be of benefit for when you do get out of this. Do you work out or exercise at all? I know it's hard to do when you're tired and have no motivation to do anything but even starting off small is a good step and it will give you something healthy to focus on, rather than simply waiting for recovery.

Well damn, I’m not quite sure. I know some people are just effected more heavily regardless of what they have viewed in the past or done sexually. I know for a fact it’s not going to take you another 900 days, but give it at least another 90-365 and you should really be fine

Another thing you should do is stop waiting for the benefits and imagine that you already have them as much as you can. This will help tremendously when it comes to healing faster.

Probably illogical, but I’m sure this is possible in certain cases

I know for me it will take 900 days to fix the mental part of the damage.
