Is it normal to have zero urges? Over 90 days in

    I have been on this journey on and off but my latest attempt has been 95 days and only one MO, a few days ago.

    But to be honest, I haven't had a single urge. Or I did, it was so weak I don't remember it.

    Haven't heard this before. Usually, people said they have urges here and there; I haven't.

    Everyone's experience is different!
    Theres no set recovery speed or process.

    When I did this the first time, I had very little urges because my motivation to get through it was so strong.
