So i started nofap and it was doing good for a bit. I had a trigger and ended up relapsing bad. I just spent over 2K within couple of days on vids and other materials.. I need help I dont want to waste my life just being addicted to Porn like a loser just look at some girl in my laptop. I really need to clean my life, get my shit together and have some growth. I am 27 addicted to porn since I was like 13. I really didnt think I would be where I am right now for me it feels like I am at the lowest point of my life. Just depressed and feeling shitty just for a dopamine rush that ends within few seconds

How are you possibly spending $2,000 on porn when it’s free? Are you someone’s sugar daddy or something?

I can understand where you’re coming from, no one wants to be wasting their lives when they are in their prime, especially not to porn. You need to either tell that girl to send back your money because that’s a lot, or just take it as an L and use it as a lesson not to go back. What is your purpose? You need a string WHY that’ll keep you from going back to the porn and instant gratification next time you feel an urge.

I’d suggest you start meditating, start with 5 minutes a day. If you don’t know how there ar many guides online and it is very simple yet beneficial. Also start working out. You should aim for 3-4 30 minute sessions a week minimum. This is what helps. But you cannot just expect it to be easy and be able to just say “I quit” and not change the way you live your day to day life, it will never work

  4. I am sorry to hear that you wasted 2000$ on videos and other sexual stuff.
