Supplements and foods that accelerate the recovery of dopamine receptors?

    Is this a real thing? I read in the supplement section of Your Brain on Porn that some do work but it is not scientifically proven. Anybody have experience/knowledge with this?

    I wouldn't recommend any of these supplements, as most sexual health supplements increase libido one way or the other and that would make rebooting even harder. You don't have to rely on any supplement you already did a great job of not PMO for 70 whole days :).

    Arginine, Citruline, and Carnitine are amazing for sex life, erection and fertility.

    I've read that foods rich in Tyrosine help boost Dopamine .

    These foods include - Avocados, Almonds, Bananas and more.

    Personally I haven't found any of these extremely helpful... But it might just work for you friend.

    yep or you can take L tyrosine by supplement. it's cheap and safe.

    It's just a formula with tribulus and zinc. Tribulus increase dht, zinc optimize testosterone (if you are in deficiency) but don't boost.
    L carnitine optizime it best than this and give you a great energy.
